{"id":27245,"date":"2006-01-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-01-05T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ayuntamiento.coriaenimagenes.com\/bando-sobre-el-riesgo-de-incendios\/"},"modified":"2023-09-18T13:31:19","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T11:31:19","slug":"bando-sobre-el-riesgo-de-incendios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coria.org\/ayuntamiento\/index.php\/2006\/01\/06\/bando-sobre-el-riesgo-de-incendios\/","title":{"rendered":"Bando sobre el riesgo de incendios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><b>Debido a las condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas de sequ\u00eda y falta de lluvias soportadas en Extremadura y m\u00e1s concretamente en Coria durante el a\u00f1o, el riesgo de incendios se ha elevado de manera notable.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b><\/b>Por ello, el Ayuntamiento de Coria ha publicado un Bando recordando a los propietarios de fincas y terrenos el deber de conservar y mantener el suelo en condiciones adecuadas, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Art. 14 de la LESOTEX, a fin de prevenir situaciones de riesgo contra la seguridad y salud publica, as\u00ed como da\u00f1os o perjuicios a terceros y al inter\u00e9s general, incluido el ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello el Equipo de Gobierno del Ayuntamiento de Coria, insta a los propietarios de terrenos ubicados dentro del limite municipal de Coria a realizar las labores de limpieza necesarias a fin de evitar y prevenir el riesgo de incendios que entra\u00f1an los cardos, hierbas y maleza en general que actualmente se encuentran amontonadas en muchas de las parcelas..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, al acopio de maleza, se unen las altas temperaturas soportadas durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas en Coria, una circunstancia que aumenta el riesgo de incendios as\u00ed como la probabilidad de que este pueda propagarse y extenderse con rapidez, destruyendo a su paso tanto flora y fauna aut\u00f3ctona como edificaciones cercanas a los terrenos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ayuntamiento recuerda a los propietarios que del incumplimiento de las medidas de limpieza y recogida de maleza, pueden derivarse sanciones administrativas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Debido a las condiciones climatol\u00f3gicas de sequ\u00eda y falta de lluvias soportadas en Extremadura y m\u00e1s concretamente en Coria durante el a\u00f1o, el riesgo de incendios se ha elevado de manera notable.
